Program Structure:
• Orientation (1 Week): Introduction to ETHENTS protocols, safety procedures, and an overview of Dr. Khan’s innovations.
• Clinical Observations (Weeks 2-4): Shadowing experienced surgeons during endoscopic two-handed ENT surgeries to understand techniques and workflows.
• Hands-On Training (Weeks 5-8): Supervised sheep head dissections to practice surgical skills in a controlled environment.
• Assisting in Surgeries (Weeks 9-12): Assisting in live surgeries under expert guidance to gain practical experience.
6 Months Fellowship in ETHENTS

• Orientation (1 Week): Comprehensive introduction to ETHENTS protocols and Dr. Khan’s innovative techniques.
• Clinical Observations (Weeks 2-6): In-depth observation of a variety of endoscopic two-handed ENT surgeries.
• Hands-On Training (Weeks 7-12): Extensive sheep head dissections to refine surgical skills.
• Assisting in Surgeries (Months 4-5): Active participation in surgeries, gradually increasing responsibilities.
• Independent Procedures (Month 6): Performing select procedures under supervision to build confidence and competence.
